CLARIN-LT PRIVACY POLICY
CLARIN-LT Privacy Policy were last updated on 17-08-2016
The provisions in the privacy policy herein (hereinafter the Privacy Policy) shall govern how the information, and personal data in particular, that you, i.e. the Users of the CLARIN-LT, had provided is processed and what purpose it is used for. The terms used in the Privacy Policy herein shall bear the same meaning as in the CLARIN-LT Terms of Use, unless it has been expressly provided otherwise.
Every time you log in, create an account or use the CLARIN-LT resources, e-services, the Content or functions available on the Website, including CLARIN-LT databases, CLARIN-LT clients software, CLARIN-LT mobile application, CLARIN-LT API, etc. (the CLARIN-LT Services) you consent to and confirm that you had read and consented to the Privacy Policy herein and the last amended version thereof and agree to comply with the provisions herein.
If you have any queries as to the Privacy Policy herein, you can contact us, i.e. the CLARIN-LT manager, at the email address provided on the Website or in any other way.
Processing of Your Personal Data
1. The provisions of the Privacy Policy herein shall be applicable to all visitors of the Website, their actions that they may perform on the Website, including (without limitation) registration on the Website, browsing the Website, choosing settings, uploading and downloading the resources as well as accessing, uploading, selecting, providing or receiving any other information and/or data via the CLARIN-LT.
2. By continuing to use the CLARIN-LT you consent, without any reservations and limitations whatsoever, to the Privacy Policy herein, the purposes and ways for collecting any personal data as provided herein, storage terms and conditions thereof, etc. If you disagree with the Privacy Policy herein, you may not use the CLARIN-LT.
3. All of your personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania as well as other legislation.
4. The data controller of your personal data uploaded on the CLARIN-LT shall be Vytautas Magnus University. We may choose processors of personal data at our discretion in line with applicable legislation and contract the processing of your personal data to them without any separate notification to you thereof.
5. Every person shall be entitled to visit the Website without sharing any information about them. However, if a person is seeking to access the main services on the Website (e.g., get access or download the resources provided by the CLARIN-LT), provision of personal data shall be required when accessing the Website, registering or managing an account on the CLARIN-LT resources.
6. Persons under 18 shall not be entitled to upload or share their personal data on the Website without their parents or carers consent. The CLARIN-LT shall never deliberately collect any personal information from persons under 18 and shall not disclose any such data to third parties without a persons consent. In the light of the above, it shall be presumed that all visitors of the Website who share their data are at least 18 years old. If a person under 18 or a person who had provided false data is discovered to have registered on the CLARIN-LT, such person and their account shall be removed with immediate effect without any warning whatsoever by removing (deleting) their account and all information, including their personal data.
7. The CLARIN-LT shall have the right to use, at its discretion and in any manner not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, all publicly available information on the users, in particular anonymous information, for the purpose of providing the Users of the Website and other visitors of the Website the best-quality services, optimising them, improving and developing the activity of the CLARIN-LT.
Account Registration
8. In order for you to be able to use the CLARIN-LT efficiently, you are required to create and register your account on the CLARIN-LT, upload and provide your personal data thereon and/or authorise the CLARIN-LT to receive your personal data from LITNET FEDI and other resources, as well as to link your account on CLARIN-LT with the account on LITNET FEDI and/or accounts on other resources. Persons sharing their personal data on the CLARIN-LT shall understand, agree and be willing that they would be used for the purpose of providing the activity of the CLARIN-LT.
9. Any personal data shall be processed by automatic means by the CLARIN-LT. If a person disagrees to CLARIN-LT or processors of personal data selected thereby processing their personal data, the person shall be entitled to abstain from using the CLARIN-LT and providing their personal data or terminating their access to the CLARIN-LT at any given time and removing (deleting) their information or account.
10. In addition to the data to be provided and uploaded by the CLARIN-LT, you may also be asked to provide your personal data in the communications by post, text messages or telephone, where this is required in order for the CLARIN-LT or you to fulfil the undertakings or secure the fulfilment thereof. In such a case you may be requested to give your consent for the processing of your personal data provided, if such consent is required by the law and you had not granted one yet.
11. When entering, selecting, setting or providing your personal data on the Website or creating your account in the CLARIN-LT, you shall ensure that the data are accurate, true and relevant. You shall be required to supplement and/or amend your data on the CLARIN-LT immediately if they change or are no longer true as a result of other reasons.
12. Your publicly available information and other non-personally identifiable information (type of website browser, operational system, your internet service providers Domain Name System (DNS) server and approximate location, number of visits, Website browsing history and elements, selected elements on the Website, average time spent on the Website, etc.) shall be collected automatically. This information shall be used for improving the activities of the CLARIN-LT, the Content, functions and interfaces of the Website.
Data Processing Consent
13. To use the CLARIN-LT, you should tick your consent to the Terms of Use of the CLARIN-LT Services and the Privacy Policy herein separately at the creation of your account or registration. If you continue to use the Website, it shall be deemed that you explicitly and unreservedly consent to all of the Terms of Use of the CLARIN-LT and provisions of the Privacy Policy herein separately.
14. You shall be entitled to withdraw your consents referred to in the Privacy Policy herein at any time. In such a case, your personal data shall continue to be processed solely to the extent as required under the applicable laws and/or for the purpose of concluding the legal relationship between the CLARIN-LT and yourself. To revoke (withdraw) your consent, you need to submit an application in writing or by email info@clarin.vdu.lt. It is necessary to clearly state your name, surname and other registration data (if any) in the application. Such application shall be deemed to be the basis for immediate termination of your access rights to the CLARIN-LT, removal (deletion) of your account and personal data, except for the processing thereof to the extent as required under the applicable laws.
15. The list of minimum personal data to be processed on the CLARIN-LT, which you had agreed to have processed, shall be: name and surname, email address and any other data which you had shared on the CLARIN-LT on your own accord; other data referred to in the Privacy Policy herein and provided by you on your own accord at the settings on the CLARIN-LT. You can also communicate with us, other users of the CLARIN-LT or third parties (e.g., holders of any rights to the CLARIN-LT resources) by using the tools provided on the Website. Such communication shall be available only after the User has been identified. No anonymous communication shall be allowed.
16. You are aware of and consent to the CLARIN-LT processing the information on visits to the Website and use thereof, including the information on the browsing history of the Users on the Website, internet service provider's Domain Name System (DNS) server, what search keys directed to the Website from different search engines, what links took you to the Website, etc., for the purposes referred to in the Privacy Policy herein. You confirm that this information is not private and is not deemed to be personal data. Such information shall be collected automatically during every visit of the Website or every use of the CLARIN-LT (by using cookies and other technological means) and shall be used for the purposes of developing, monitoring, improving and refining the Website as well as the purposes referred to in the Privacy Policy herein. This information helps us understand how the CLARIN-LT is used and improve the CLARIN-LT Services as well as ensure the security and accessibility thereof.
17. You are aware of and consent to the fact that the Website uses cookies, web beacons and other Website trackers.
18. Cookies are small media stored in the users browser or computer memory (disc) every time one visits the Website that allow identifying the users computer during other visits to the Website. The CLARIN-LT uses cookies solely for collecting information in connection with the use of the webpage. Any data provided by the cookies are anonymous and do not share any private information. A person may disable cookies using the settings on their browser or a private browsing mode. However, in such a case certain functions of the Website may not be available.
19. Website beacons and other website trackers (e.g. clear gif) and action tags allow the CLARIN-LT to find out the information on the use and browsing on the Website, interaction with the elements and interfaces on the Website and other information of similar nature. Any data provided by web beacons and other trackers are anonymous and non-personally identifiable.
Purposes of Personal Data Processing
20. The CLARIN-LT shall processes personal data for the purpose of enabling you to access the CLARIN-LT as well as the CLARIN ERIC. This purpose includes processing data to use it for operations related to the provision of the CLARIN-LT Services, including compliance with the licence terms and conditions; to enable the CLARIN-LT contacting you to notify of the provision of services as well as to inform you of the amended or updated services and/or the terms and conditions thereof; to enable the CLARIN-LT contacting you to notify of any amendments to the Terms of Use of services or the CLARIN-LT and/or the Privacy Policy or any violations you have committed and to provide the information in connection therewith.
21. The CLARIN-LT shall also process personal data for information purposes, i.e. for the purpose of providing information and emails or letters by post as well as text messages and other electronic messages to its Users.
Deleting your Account and Personal Data and Other Rights
22. You may remove (delete) your personal data off the CLARIN-LT at any time by removing (deleting) your account. Owing to technical reasons (backup of databases, etc.), your personal data shall be finally removed (deleted) within 60 days after removing (deleting) your account. These provisions shall not restrict our rights to process your personal data after the removal (deletion) of your account to the extent it is required under the applicable laws and/or for the purpose of concluding our legal relationship with you.
23. An application for the removal of an account can be submitted both on the Website and in writing or by email at info@clarin.vdu.lt. It is necessary to clearly state your name, surname and other registration data (if any) in the application. Such Application shall be deemed to be the basis for immediate termination of your rights to use the Website, removal (deletion) of your account and personal data, except for the processing thereof to the extent as required under the applicable laws and/or for the purpose of concluding our legal relationship with you.
24. You may exercise all of your rights as a data subject set forth in the applicable legislation by making an application to us in writing or by email at info@clarin.vdu.lt.
Period for Storage of Personal Data
25. The CLARIN-LT shall store the personal data of registered users for the entire period of use of the Website or the CLARIN-LT Services, but not longer than 24 months after the last login of a registered user.
Information Security
26. To protect the security of personal data, different administrative, technical and physical security measures are used by the CLARIN-LT. However, you are the only one who can access your account login data (including your password). Your password is neither known nor accessible to us. If you had lost it, please notify us in writing without delay.
27. Please be reminded that you are responsible for the privacy of all CLARIN-LT login data and other personal data yourself. Please be careful when using and storing your login data. After every use of the CLARIN-LT, you should log out of the Website and close the browser to ensure that no one will have access to your account, email or personal information, especially when using a public computer (e.g. at a library, education authority or elsewhere).
28. You must be mindful and careful and abstain from disclosing your personal information (such as your name, surname, email address, etc.) to unrelated third parties because such information may be used for different purposes and directed against your interests, including such acts as fraud, unsolicited emails, etc.
29. The CLARIN-LT shall not be liable in any event whatsoever for any potential effects, damage or other adverse consequences caused by force majeure, criminal acts committed by third parties (including other Users of the CLARIN-LT) or similar circumstances which could not have been reasonable foreseen or controlled by the CLARIN-LT.
30. The CLARIN-LT shall not be responsible for ensuring the person's privacy and appropriate personal data processing on webpages owned by third parties, even in those cases where persons reach those webpages owned by third parties by following links present on the Website. We kindly request you to make yourself fully aware of the privacy terms and conditions of every other website, portal or webpage.
Data Protection Code of Conduct
31. Your personal data will be protected according to the Code of Conduct for Service Providers, a common standard for the research and higher education sector to protect your privacy.
Other Provisions
32. The Privacy Policy herein may be amended or updated unilaterally by the CLARIN-LT for whatever reasons or in the absence of any reason whatsoever without a separate notice and liability.
33. We can inform you of the amendments or updates to the Privacy Policy by making the information available to the public on the Website or by a special email message or messages sent on a regular basis or by other means we may choose (e.g. information on your account on the Website, internal messages on the Website, etc.).
34. We can also inform you of the amendment or update to the Privacy Policy by publishing the new Privacy Policy on the Website, provided the date of the most recent amendments and updates is visible at the top of the webpage. Every time you use the Website, you must review the Privacy Policy herein because you consent to it every time you access, log into or browse the Website.
35. Every update or amendment of the Privacy Policy shall come into effect at the moment it is published on the Website. All visitors of the Website shall make sure that they had made themselves familiar the most recent version of the Privacy Policy. You are aware of and consent to the fact that if you continue to use and log into the CLARIN-LT after any amendments or updates of the Privacy Policy had been published in one of the mentioned ways, it shall imply that you consent to the amendments and updates of the Privacy Policy on your own accord.
36. Should any of the provisions in the Privacy Policy turn out to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be removed or replaced in the manner which would have least impact on the compliance with and fulfilment of the remaining provisions in the Privacy Policy.
37. You shall not be entitled to assign your rights or obligations under the Privacy Policy herein to any third parties.
38. The titles of Chapters in the Privacy Policy herein shall have no legal or contractual force and have been provided for convenience only.

CLARIN-LT privatumo politika paskutinį kartą atnaujinta 2016-08-17
Šioje privatumo politikoje (toliau Privatumo politika) nurodytos taisyklės nustato kaip tvarkoma ir kam naudojama Jūsų, t.y. CLARIN-LT vartotojų, pateikta informacija ir ypač asmens duomenys. Šioje Privatumo politikoje naudojami tokie patys terminai kaip ir CLARIN-LT naudojimo taisyklėse, išskyrus jeigu aiškiai nurodyta kitaip.
Prisijungdamas, sukurdamas paskyrą arba naudodamasis CLARIN-LT resursais, elektroninėmis paslaugomis, Turiniu ar funkcionalumu Svetainėje, įskaitant CLARIN-LT duomenų bazes, CLARIN-LT kliento programinę įrangą, CLARIN-LT mobilią programėlę, CLARIN-LT API ir kt. Jūsų asmens duomenų tvarkymas
1. Šios CLARIN-LT Privatumo politikos nuostatos galioja visiems asmenims, apsilankiusiems Svetainėje, jų veiksmams, kuriuos jie gali atlikti Svetainėje, įskaitant (bet neapsiribojant) registravimąsi Svetainėje, naršymą Svetainėje, parinkčių nustatymą, resurso įkėlimą ir parsisiuntimą, taip pat bet kokios kitos informacijos ir/ar duomenų panaudojimą, įkėlimą, pasirinkimą, pateikimą ar gavimą per CLARIN-LT.
2. Naudodamasis CLARIN-LT Jūs be išlygų ir apribojimų sutinkate su šia Privatumo politika, joje nustatytais asmens duomenų rinkimo tikslais ir būdais, jų saugojimo sąlygomis ir pan. Jei nesutinkate su šia Privatumo politika, jūs neturi teisės naudotis CLARIN-LT.
3. Visi Jūsų asmens duomenys tvarkomi vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos asmens duomenų teisinės apsaugos įstatymu ir kitais teisės aktais.
4. Jūsų asmens duomenų, įkeltų į CLARIN-LT, valdytojas yra Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas. Mes galime savo nuožiūra laikydamiesi galiojančių teisės aktų pasirinkti asmens duomenų tvarkytojus ir perduoti jiems tvarkyti Jūsų asmens duomenis apie tai Jūsų atskirai neinformuodami.
5. Kiekvienas asmuo turi teisę lankytis Svetainėje, nesuteikdamas apie save jokios informacijos, tačiau, jeigu asmuo nori naudotis pagrindinėmis Svetainės paslaugomis (pvz., gauti prieigą ar parsisiųsti CLARIN-LT pateikiamus resursus), reikalinga pateikti asmens duomenis naudojantis Svetaine, registruojant ir tvarkant paskyrą CLARIN-LT.
6. Asmenys, neturintys 18 metų, neturi teisės įkelti ir perduoti savo asmens duomenų Svetainėje be tėvų ar globėjų leidimo. CLARIN-LT niekada sąmoningai nerinks jokios asmeninės informacijos iš asmenų, kuriems yra mažiau nei 18 metų, ir neatskleis šių duomenų trečiosioms šalims be asmens sutikimo. Remiantis tuo, kas išdėstyta anksčiau, preziumuojama, kad Svetainėje besilankantys ir savo duomenis pateikiantys asmenys yra ne jaunesni nei 18 metų. Radus CLARIN-LT prisiregistravusį 18 metų dar neturintį asmenį ar asmenį, pateikusį melagingus duomenis, toks asmuo ir jo paskyra bus iškart be jokio įspėjimo pašalinti panaikinant (ištrinant) jo paskyrą ir visą informaciją, įskaitant asmens duomenis.
7. CLARIN-LT turi teisę savo nuožiūra ir bet kokiu Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktų neuždraustu būdu naudotis visa vieša informacija apie Naudotojus, ypač informacija kuri yra nuasmeninta, siekiant Svetainės vartotojams ir kitiems Svetainėje besilankantiems asmenims suteikti aukščiausios kokybės paslaugas, jas optimizuoti, tobulinti ir plėsti CLARIN-LT veiklą.
Paskyros registracija
8. Tam, kad Jūs efektyviai galėtumėte naudotis CLARIN-LT, Jums reikia sukurti ir registruoti savo paskyrą Svetainėje, įkelti ir pateikti į ją savo asmens duomenis ir/arba leisti CLARIN-LT gauti Jūsų asmens duomenis iš LITNET FEDI ir kitų resursų, taip pat susieti Jūsų paskyrą CLARIN-LT su paskyra LITNET FEDI ir/ar paskyromis kituose resursuose. Asmenys, CLARIN-LT teikiantys savo asmens duomenis, suvokia, sutinka ir pageidauja, kad jie būtų panaudoti CLARIN-LT veikloje.
9. Asmens duomenys CLARIN-LT tvarkomi automatiniu būdu. Jei asmuo nesutinka, kad jo asmens duomenis tvarkytų CLARIN-LT ir jos pasirinkti asmens duomenų tvarkytojai, asmuo turi teisę nesinaudoti CLARIN-LT ir nepateikti savo asmeninių duomenų, arba bet kuriuo metu nutraukti naudojimąsi CLARIN-LT ir panaikinti (ištrinti) savo informaciją ar paskyrą.
10. Be duomenų, pateikiamų ir įkeliamų per CLARIN-LT, Jūs taip pat galite būti paprašytas pateikti savo asmens duomenis, bendraujant laiškais, trumposiomis žinutėmis ar telefonu, kai tai būtina CLARIN-LT ar Jūsų įsipareigojimų vykdymui ar laikymuisi užtikrinti. Tokiu atveju Jūsų gali būti paprašyta duoti savo sutikimą pateiktų asmens duomenų tvarkymui, jei tokio sutikimo reikalauja įstatymas ir dar nesate jo davęs.
11. Įvesdamas, pasirinkdamas, nustatydamas, pateikdamas savo asmens duomenis Svetainėje ar sukūręs savo paskyrą CLARIN-LT Jūs užtikrinate savo duomenų tikslumą, teisingumą ir aktualumą. Jūs privalote papildyti ir/ar pakeisti savo duomenis CLARIN-LT iškart jiems pasikeitus ar dėl kitų priežasčių tapus neteisingiems.
12. Jūsų vieša informacija ir kita neasmeninė informacija (naudojamos internetinės naršyklės tipas, operacinės sistemos tipas, Jūsų interneto paslaugų teikėjo serverio srities (domeno) pavadinimas ir apytikslė vieta, apsilankymų skaičius, peržiūrėti Svetainės puslapiai ir elementai, pasirinkti elementai Svetainėje, laiko, praleisto Svetainėje, vidurkiai ir pan.) yra renkama automatiškai. Ši informacija yra naudojama tobulinant CLARIN-LT veiklą, Svetainės turinį, funkcionalumą ir sąsajas.
Sutikimas tvarkyti duomenis
13. Norėdami naudotis CLARIN-LT paskyros sukūrimo ar registracijos metu Jūs turite pažymėti savo sutikimą su CLARIN-LT paslaugų naudojimosi sąlygomis ir atskirai su šia Privatumo politika. Tęsiant Svetainės naudojimą bus laikoma, kad Jūs aiškiai ir besąlygiškai sutinkate su visomis CLARIN-LT naudojimo taisyklėmis ir atskirai su visomis šios Privatumo politikos sąlygomis.
14. Jūs turite teisę bet kuriuo metu atšaukti savo sutikimus, nurodytus šioje Privatumo politikoje. Tokiu atveju Jūsų asmens duomenys bus toliau tvarkomi tik ta apimtimi kiek yra būtina pagal galiojančius įstatymus ir/ar užbaigti CLARIN-LT teisinius santykius su Jumis. Norėdamas atšaukti (panaikinti) savo sutikimą, Jūs turite pateikti prašymą raštu arba elektroninio pašto adresu info@clarin.vdu.lt. Prašyme būtina aiškiai nurodyti savo vardą, pavardę ir kitus registracijos duomenis (jei yra). Toks prašymas bus laikomas pagrindu nedelsiant nutraukti Jūsų teises naudotis CLARIN-LT, panaikinti (ištrinti) Jūsų paskyrą ir asmens duomenis, išskyrus jų tvarkymą ta apimtimi, kiek yra būtina pagal galiojančius įstatymus.
15. Minimalus CLARIN-LT tvarkomų asmens duomenų sąrašas, su kuriuo Jūs sutinkate yra: vardas ir pavardė, el. pašto adresas ir bet kokie kiti duomenys, kuriuos Jūs laisva valia pateikėte CLARIN-LT; kiti duomenys, nurodyti šioje Privatumo politikoje arba Jūsų savanoriškai pateikti Svetainės nustatymuose. Jūs taip pat galite komunikuoti su mumis, su kitais CLARIN-LT Naudotojais ar trečiaisiais asmenims (pvz. CLARIN-LT resursų teisių turėtojais), panaudojant Svetainėje pateikiamus įrankius. Tokia komunikacija leidžiama tik identifikavus Naudotoją, anoniminė komunikacija nėra galima.
16. Jūs suprantate ir sutinkate, kad CLARIN-LT šioje Privatumo politikoje nurodytais tikslais tvarkytų informaciją apie CLARIN-LT lankomumą ir naudojimąsi ja, įskaitant informaciją kaip Naudotojai naršo Svetainėje, koks yra asmenų interneto paslaugų teikėjo serverio srities (domeno) pavadinimas, kokie paieškos žodžiai nukreipė į Svetainę iš įvairių paieškos programų, kokios nuorodos nukreipė Jus į Svetainę ir kt. Jūs patvirtinate, kad ši informacija yra neprivati ir dėl to nelaikoma asmens duomenimis. 17. Jūs suprantate ir sutinkate su tuo, kad Svetainė veikia naudojant slapukus (angl. cookies), tinklalapio indikatorius (angl. web beacons) ir kitas Svetainės stebėjimo technologines priemones.
18. Slapukai yra mažos rinkmenos, kurios įrašomos į vartotojo naršyklės ar kompiuterio atmintį (diską) kaskart lankantis Svetainėje ir leidžia atpažinti vartotojo kompiuterį per kitus vizitus Svetainėje. CLARIN-LT slapukus naudoja tik informacijai, susijusiai su tinklalapio naudojimu, rinkti. Duomenys, kuriuos pateikia slapukai, yra anoniminiai ir neteikia privačios informacijos. 19. Tinklalapio indikatorių ir kitos tinklapio stebėjimo technologijos (pvz. GIF failų (angl. clear gif) ir veiksmo žymeklių (angl. action tags) leidžia CLARIN-LT sužinoti informaciją apie naudojimąsi ir naršymą Svetainėje, interakciją su Svetainės elementais ir sąsajomis bei kitą panašią informaciją. Duomenys, kuriuos pateikia tinklalapio indikatoriai ir kitos stebėjimo technologijos, yra anoniminiai ir neprivatūs.
Asmens duomenų tvarkymo tikslai
20. CLARIN-LT tvarko asmens duomenis tam, kad Jūs galėtumėte pasinaudoti CLARIN-LT, CLARIN ERIC. Šis tikslas apima duomenų tvarkymą tam, kad panaudotume juos operacijoms, susijusioms su CLARIN-LT paslaugų vykdymu, įskaitant licencijos sąlygų vykdymą; tam, kad CLARIN-LT su Jumis galėtų susisiekti ir pranešti apie paslaugų vykdymą, taip pat informuoti apie pakeistas bei atnaujintas paslaugas ir/ar jų sąlygas; tam, kad CLARIN-LT su Jumis galėtų susisiekti ir pranešti apie paslaugų, CLARIN-LT naudojimosi sąlygų ir/ar Privatumo politikos pakeitimus arba Jūsų padarytus pažeidimus bei suteikti su tuo susijusią informaciją
21. CLARIN-LT taip pat tvarko asmens duomenis informavimo tikslais, t.y. tam, kad pateiktume Naudotojams informaciją bei elektroninius laiškus arba laiškus paštu, taip pat trumpąsias žinutes bei kitas elektronines žinutes.
Paskyros ir asmens duomenų panaikinimas bei kitos Jūsų teisės
22. Jūs galite bet kada panaikinti (ištrinti) savo asmens duomenis iš CLARIN-LT, panaikindami (ištrindami) savo paskyrą. Dėl techninių priežasčių (atsarginių duomenų bazių kopijų ir pan.) Jūsų asmens duomenys bus galutinai panaikinti (ištrinti) per 60 dienų po paskyros panaikinimo (ištrynimo). Šios nuostatos neriboja Mūsų teisių tvarkyti Jūsų asmens duomenis ir po paskyros panaikinimo (ištrynimo) ta apimtimi kiek yra būtina pagal galiojančius įstatymus ir/ar tam, kad užbaigti Mūsų teisinius santykius su Jumis.
23. Prašymą dėl paskyros panaikinimo galima pateikti tiek Svetainėje, tiek raštu arba el. pašto adresu info@clarin.vdu.lt. Prašyme būtina aiškiai nurodyti savo vardą, pavardę ir kitus registracijos duomenis (jei yra). Toks Prašymas bus laikomas pagrindu nedelsiant nutraukti Jūsų teises naudotis Svetaine, panaikinti (ištrinti) Jūsų paskyrą ir asmens duomenis, išskyrus jų tvarkymą ta apimtimi, kiek yra būtina pagal galiojančius įstatymus ir/ar užbaigti Mūsų teisinius santykius su Jumis.
24. Jūs galite pasinaudoti visomis savo kaip asmens duomenų subjekto teisėmis numatytomis galiojančiuose teisės aktuose kreipdamiesi į Mus raštu arba el. pašto adresu info@clarin.vdu.lt.
Asmens duomenų saugojimo trukmė
25. CLARIN-LT prisiregistravusių asmenų asmens duomenis saugo visą naudojimosi Svetaine ar CLARIN-LT paslaugomis laikotarpį ir ne ilgiau kaip 24 mėn. po paskutinio registruoto asmens prisijungimo.
Informacijos saugumas
26. Norint apsaugoti asmenų duomenų saugumą, CLARIN-LT naudojamos įvairios administracinės, techninės ir fizinės saugumo priemonės, tačiau prie Jūsų paskyros prisijungimo duomenų (įskaitant Jūsų slaptažodį) galite prieiti tik Jūs pats. Mums Jūsų slaptažodis nežinomas ir neprieinamas. Jeigu jį prarandate prašome nedelsiant mums apie tai informuoti raštu.
27. Primename, jog Jūs esate pats atsakingas už visų prisijungimo prie CLARIN-LT ir kitų Jūsų asmens duomenų slaptumą. Prašome Jūsų būti atsargiu, naudojant ir saugant prisijungimo duomenis. Kaskart pasinaudoję CLARIN-LT Jūs turėtumėte atsijungti nuo Svetainės ir uždaryti naršyklę tam, kad užtikrinti, jog niekas neprieis prie Jūsų paskyros, elektroninio pašto, asmeninės informacijos, ypač tais atvejais, kai naudojamas viešai prieinamas kompiuteris (pvz.: bibliotekoje, švietimo įstaigoje ir kitur).
28. Jūs turite būti ypač atidus ir atsargus bei neturite atskleisti savo asmeninės informacijos (tokios kaip vardas, pavardė, elektroninio pašto adresas ir pan.) nesusijusiems tretiesiems asmenims, kadangi tokia informacija gali būti įvairiopai panaudota ir nukreipta prieš Jūsų interesus, taip pat ir tokioms veikoms kaip sukčiavimas, nepageidaujamų elektroninių laiškų siuntimas ir pan.
29. CLARIN-LT jokiomis aplinkybėmis neatsako už galimus padarinius, žalą ar kitas neigiamas pasekmes, sukeltus nenugalimų jėgų (force majeure), trečiųjų asmenų (įskaitant kitus CLARIN-LT Naudotojus) nusikalstamų veikų, ar panašių aplinkybių, kurių CLARIN-LT negalėjo protingai numatyti ar paveikti.
30. CLARIN-LT nėra atsakinga už asmens privatumo ir tinkamo asmens duomenų tvarkymo užtikrinimą trečiųjų asmenų tinklalapiuose net ir tais atvejais, kai trečiųjų asmenų tinklalapius asmenys pasiekia naudodamiesi Svetainėje esančiomis nuorodomis. Prašome Jūsų išsamiai susipažinti su kiekvienos kitos svetainės, portalo ar tinklalapio privatumo sąlygomis.
Duomenų privatumas (Data Protection Code of Conduct)
31. Jūsų asmeniniai duomenys bus apsaugoti remiantis Code of Conduct for Service Providers principais, bendrai priimtu švietimo ir mokslo sektoriaus standartu, skirtu apsaugoti privatumą.
Kitos nuostatos
32. Ši Privatumo politika gali būti bet kuriuo metu, dėl bet kokių priežasčių be jokios priežasties, be atskiro pranešimo ir be atsakomybės pakeista ar atnaujinta CLARIN-LT vienašališkai.
33. Apie Privatumo politikos pakeitimą ar atnaujinimą Mes galime Jus informuoti viešai paskelbdami informaciją Svetainėje, ar el. paštu specialia žinute, ar reguliariai siunčiamomis žinutėmis, ar kitomis mūsų pasirinktomis priemonėmis (pvz.: informacija Jūsų paskyroje Svetainėje, vidinėmis Svetainės žinutėmis ir pan.
34. Apie Privatumo politikos pakeitimą ar atnaujinimą mes Jus taip pat galime informuoti šiame Svetainės tinklalapyje pateikdami naują Privatumo politiką, kai tinklapio viršuje bus matoma paskutinių pakeitimų ar atnaujinimo data. Jūs kaskart naudodamasis Svetaine turite iš naujo peržiūrėti šią Privatumo politiką, kadangi sutinkate su ja kaskart naudodamiesi, prisijungdami ar naršydami Svetainėje.
35. Kiekvienas Privatumo politikos atnaujinimas ar pakeitimas įsigalios nuo to momento, kai bus paskelbtas Svetainėje. Visi Svetainėje besilankantys asmenys įsipareigoja įsitikinti, kad yra susipažinę su naujausia Privatumo politikos versija. Jūs suprantate ir sutinkate, kad Jūsų naudojimasis ar prisijungimas prie CLARIN-LT po to, kai bet kokie Privatumo politikos pakeitimai ar atnaujinimai yra minėtu būdu paskelbti, reiškia, kad Jūs laisva valia sutinkate su Privatumo politikos pakeitimais ar atnaujinimais.
36. Tuo atveju, jei bet kuri iš Privatumo politikos nuostatų pasirodo esanti neįvykdoma ar negaliojanti, tokia nuostata bus pašalinta arba pakeista tokiu būdu, kad tai kuo mažiau turėtų įtakos kitų Privatumo politikos nuostatų laikymuisi ir vykdymui.
37. Jūs neturite teisių perleisti savo teisių ar pareigų pagal šią Privatumo politiką jokiai trečiajai šaliai.
38. Šios Privatumo politikos skyrių pavadinimai neturi jokios teisinės ar sutartinės reikšmės ir yra nurodyti tik patogumo tikslais.
